William (Bill) L. Carrell who had been in the army during World War II decided to be a missionary and prepared himself by studying Bible at Abilene Christian College. He found a wife, Norma (Church) Carrell at ACC and they were married in 1948. As they continued to make plans and raise funds to go to Japan, their son, Stephen was born and accompanied them in August, 1950 to Japan. While riding the trains in Japan, he met some who were interested in the Bible, but he had nothing to give to them. So he set about making a Bible Correspondence Course which was later translated into Japanese and other languages to help guide people to learn about God, the Bible, how to become a Christian, and learn a basic understanding of Bible history and the Restoration Movement. This Bible Correspondence Course has been helpful in reaching hundreds with God’s message. It has not been used for a number of years, so it is hoped that by putting it into this Word Press format, the information can be made available to many more people.

Note: I plan to be working on this site for awhile – when it is completed, you should be able have a great Bible study here. Please be patient while I’m trying to get it done this summer. Thank you. Steve
